We use this information to a) send you our company newsletter and b) to contact you about the services offered on or in connection with our site. In addition, with your separate consent, we may provide all or any part of your Contact Information to third parties who provide related products and services.

In many areas on our site you will be presented with the opportunity to receive a free consultation from one of our third-party advertising partners. DebtClear may collect the information and electronically pass it to a third-party advertising partner, or DebtClear may present you with a form, banner, or link provided by a third-party advertiser. If DebtClear first collects the information before passing it to a third-party advertiser, DebtClear will use this information in the manner described in Section 1 above. DebtClear makes no representations or warranties regarding the use of your information once it is transmitted to any such third-party advertiser. If DebtClear presents you with a form, banner or link of a third-party advertiser, DebtClear will not be collecting any Contact Information and the privacy policy of the third-party advertiser will control. A. Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users and is used to optimize future advertising efforts.

B. Contact Information We Share with Third Parties

We share your Contact Information and other information that identifies or has the potential to identify you personally with third parties for any of the following reasons:

  1. To match you with a third-party advertiser per your request;
  2. To address SPAM or other complaints and verify that the information you provided us was indeed submitted through our site; or

D. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site for two main purposes: a) maintaining a consistent user experience while you are using the Site, and b) saving your personalized settings so that when you return to the Site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved and you can easily use the Site's features that you customized.
